Nick qualified as a solicitor in the UK in 2015 and was admitted as an attorney of the Cayman Islands Bar in January 2021. Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Nick’s financial services industry experience gave him a valuable commercial grounding, which informs his legal practice, enabling him to deliver advice that is both commercially astute and practical in its application. Nick advises on: corporate structuring and entity incorporation for operational, tech, investment and asset management entities; corporate governance and commercial operations, including commercial contract and advice across a number of industries; private client, private wealth and succession planning and management; finance and lending arrangements; real estate development, investment and construction. Nick also has extensive experience in Cayman Islands licensing, regulation and immigration matters.
